On the last class, we had a trip to Klang for some street photography! It was very interesting to just wacth the people go about their lives while we try to capture their daily lives. Other than people, I like to capture buildings and shadows and animals too. So, without further ado, here it is!

This was taken in a spice shop. I like how the main focus was the spice, while the people doing business was a blur. I also like how the spices, rows, and lights are lined up, all leading towards the people.

I noticed there was a large banner hanging, and I thought that the shadow it casted was quite interesting. It was like a path leading towards the next row of shops. I used a low angle to emphasize the shadow.

The stairs and the hand rails were like leading lines, leading the eyes to the middle, which was kind of cool. The shop upstairs were kind of scary and ominous, so I used a low angle to emphasize that. I also like how the hand rail also sort of reflects in the picture frame.

I shifted the focus onto the busy people, so the string of bananas were sort of unfocused. I quite like the sideways angle that made the picture more dynamic. I also like how the outside is so bright, which made the human figures sharper. The picture wouldn't be as interesting if it was shot at a straight angle.

I like how the lights were converging, and just became little dots at the back. I also like how we can still see the heads of the shoppers at the edge. This arrangement kind of sucks my eyes in.

For this one, I wanted to capture the pigeons perching on the radiator. The strong silhouette of the pigeons were interesting. I like this angle where it made the buildings look bigger and greater.

I like how everywhere was in a brighter shade, but the squares were dark and contrasted. The man and his hand was a nice touch that made this picture more interesting. I also like how the only mid tones were the man and the bars on the bottom left, which made them stand out a bit.

I really like how nice the clouds showed. The textures and shapes showed up nicely, and it wasn't too bright. The building tops were also framing the clouds nicely.

For this one, I focused more on this beautiful mosque. The clouds in the background also nicely complemented the building. It contrasted the buildings to make it stand out, while still retaining its details.

This one was a nice accidental shot. I was just snapping the interior when the man suddenly popped out of nowhere. It was also nice how he was off-center to make the composition more interesting. The criss-crossing of the shutter was quite nice, and I like how it covers one eye of the man.

This stairway was really dark, so I had to bump up the ISO to compensate. But I like how the walls and things were battered and street-ish. The bright plank at the top also attracts the eyes to the middle,
