This part of the cafe had glass panes, so the light was bursting in with a really nice feel. It was really bright so I downed the contrast while editing. The bursts of light also gave it a dreamy feel.

The background was really, bright, so the foreground had to be dark to balance it out. As an effect it created strong silhouettes. Made it look really hippy and cool. The girl on the right puffed out white smoke, which really added to the dark feel.

The light's in this cafe were dim, but I liked the purplish tint that it had. I used a slightly angled view for a better composition. The two people chilling over there also added to the overall chill and calm vibes.

This was of my friend. I thought the rectangular window looked really nice, so I shot it at a whim.

I like how the yellow chairs and fish match the warm yellow lighting of the place. The nice little spotlight also highlighted the fish nicely.

What attracted me first was how the seats were alligned nicely. So I thought of taking a low shot to show the nice allignment. The stripes on the first seat also strengthened that touch. The wall wainscot also added to the leading lines and allignment feel.

The cute pastel-coloured cups was really attention grabbing, so I put it in the focus. Since they were also arranged orderly, I tried to make the tables in the background orderly as well. However, it was quite dark inside, I had to keep the fstop as low as possible to keep the ISO at 800.

What I like about this was the lines on the ceiling and from the utensil handles. They seemed liked they were radiating from the bulb, which was quite interesting. This place also had a nice brown-maroon theme that I really liked.

I really liked the shadows from the wires that were on the bulb. I tried to make them more obvious by upping the contrast. You can see the lines on the wall and on the ceiling. The lighting also nicely brought out the worn and torn flaws of the furniture and walls. It made the place looked homely and lived in.

I think the small yellow bulbs complemented the deep blue walls really nicely. This low angle made the lights liik like they were gliding, which created a kind of surreal and dreamy atmosphere. The parts of where the yellow light bounced of the wall and the lamp shade made the picture look glossy and shiny too.

This one, I wanted to make a sort of pattern with the allignment of the bulb and the chairs. Sort of like the '>' symbol. Although the place looked empty, but the composition created somewhat more to look at.

I really like how the elevators were receding and extending. The reflections on them also had a nice effect. The reflections in the middle were nicely parallel to the horizon while there were perpendicular reflections right above as well. All in all, there were many leading lines that guided the eye to the centre.
