Little India Road Trip!

This time it was a little bit easier, but I still kind of struggled with the focus. I also experimented with the manual focus this time, too.

The singing birds were what caught my attention in the first place. I like how the shadows are dark and they stand out. The textures on the wall are a nice touch. too. I made sure that the birds and the sign was off-center.

For this one, I used the manual focus to shift the focus onto the man, and let the background be unfocused. I edited the photo to make the highlights and shadows on the man more prominent to draw more focus onto him. Thankfully, he was motionless for a long time so I could experiment with the manual focus.

For this one, I made the focus on the inner grill door so that there would be different layers of focus. I also sharpened the image to make the rust more obvious. I also like how the shadows make the grill door stand out more.

I like how cheery she looked here while staring off. I also made sure that the food were in the shot so that the viewers would know what was her profession.

I like how he was posed in the middle of his shot, which depicts part of his daily life. I made sure he stood out more by highlighting him

For this photo, I like how the chairs were piled up, so I decided to snap a shot. I like how the seats were white, which made it stand out from the black bars.If you look closely, there's a creepy portrait hanging in the background next to the man. It adds a touch to the bizarrenes.

One last entry, is an interesting shadow of a fence. The patterns were intricate and interlocking, which really made me stop and stare. Interestingly, the white splotches on the fence matched the black grain pattern on the floor.

The outing was very fun, and we got to learn a lot in the process too. It was a nice way to put what we learned to use and also gain experience.
